Goodbye to a great post

I just wrote a great post and then lost it when I was too quick to click a link before I switched to a different page from Typepad. Is there anyway to recover the text in a post that you hadn't saved yet? It's like the 15th time I've done this. I can't believe Typepad doesn't put in a confirming dialogue for linking out of an unsaved post....
